I’ve spent more than 35 years in construction, engineering, and project management, managing projects ranging from commercial remodels and residential builds to large-scale national work. As the founder and president of Procon Development Inc., I’ve had the privilege of working with clients like American Golf, LA Fitness, YMCA, and major automotive brands across 48 states. 

 

Before my career in construction, I served in the U.S. Navy as an Interior Communications Electrician and later worked as a certified journeyman electrician in the refinery industry. 

 

Those experiences taught me discipline, problem-solving, and the value of teamwork—principles I still live by today.

 

Golf has always been more than a game to me—it’s a tool for building character, discipline, and confidence. Helping launch Code 3 Golf was my way of giving back, creating opportunities for young people to learn life skills, both on and off the course.

 

Outside of work, I’m a proud father and grandfather, a former minor league baseball pitcher, and someone who’s always ready for the next adventure—whether that’s traveling, catching a game, or spending time with family.
