Shipping & Order Fulfillment

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within three (3) business days after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
     

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via USPS to the continental U.S. only.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
     

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
     

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can track your order at any time through our website or the carrier’s site.
     

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within one (1) day with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide only the very best in products and in service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you may submit a request for exchange within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Code 3 Golf does not provide any refunds for merchandise orders. Will only accept returns if the item or items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on headwear and on all sale items.

Code 3 Golf will assume responsibility for shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with a return or exchange of an item or items is the responsibility of the customer. Requests for exchanges must be submitted via electronic mail to returns@code3golf.com.
 

Exchanges can take up to five (5) business days to process. Once your submission is received, you may be provided with a Request for Documentation (RD). An RD may require evidentiary support such as photos or other detailed information to validate your request. Not all requests will require an RD.
 

After we have finished processing your submission you will be provided with a Notice of Determination which will confirm the outcome of your request. Once an exchange is approved, you must return the item within seven (7) days from the date that your request is authorized. The details of the return transaction will be provided in your Notice of Determination. Please note that Code 3 Golf reserves the right to deny any exchanges for returned items that do not comply with this policy.
